/KASE, July 16, 2024/ – As announced earlier, on July 15, 2024 the Listing
commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds
KZ2C00011674 (KAFIpp7; KZT1,000, KZT100.0 bn, 7 years; semi-annual
coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading
session for the placement of bonds; 30/360) of KazAgroFinance JSC (Astana)
in KASE official list's "Private placement" market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission is July 16, 2024.
