/KASE, July 16, 2024/ – Kcell JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated July 10, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• excluded: A. Uzbekov, A. Uysumbaev;
• elected: A. Zhambakin – Chairman of the Management Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Kcell JSC consists of six people: A. Zhambakin, O. Tsoi, D. Ibraev, K. Strashenko, M. Amardinov, D. Mullashev.
