/KASE, July 15, 2024/ – On July 12, 2024 the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00011687 (KZT1,000, KZT3.0 bn; 2 years; monthly coupon, 21.00 % APR; 30/360) of Microfinance organization "R-Finance", LLP (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission will be announced later. The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the second under the first bond program of Microfinance organization "R-Finance", LLP, registered on March 15, 2024 in the amount of KZT30.0 bn.
