/KASE, July 12, 2024/ – Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (Astana), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated July 4, 2024, the
following changes were made to the company's Board of Directors:
- removed: Y. Khamitov;
- elected: R. Karagoishin.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan
Housing Company JSC consists of six persons: R. Karagoishin, V. Son, A.
Murzagalieva, K. Kozhakhmetov, S. Kandykbaev, A. Kuzdibaev.
