/KASE, July 11, 2024/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that as of
July 11, 2024, the following information on bonds KZ2C00009835 KASE main
platform, "bonds" category, INBNb14; KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 10 years, semi-
annual coupon, 17.50 % per annum; 30/360) of Bank RBK JSC (Almaty) has
been changed in KASE's trading system and databases:
- the type of bonds was changed to registered coupon subordinated
unsecured bonds;
- the number of bonds was changed to 17.0 mln;
- the volume of issue was changed to KZT17.0 bn;
- the maturity was changed to 9 years;
- the frequency of remuneration payment was changed to once a year;
- the interest rate has been changed to 4.00 % per annum.
