/KASE, July 11, 2024/ – Eurasian Development Bank, whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
the amended issue prospectus of bonds KZ2D00009222 (sector "securities of
international financial organizations", EABRb42; KZT1,000, KZT70.0 bn; 2 years;
floating semi-annual coupon; actual /365), registered by the Agency of the
Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market
on July 5, 2024, and a certificate of state registration of the bond issue,
replacing the one issued previously.
According to these documents:
- the certificate was replaced due to a change in the quantity, issue volume
and maturity of the bonds;
- the number of bonds was changed from 70.0 mln to 50.0 mln;
- the volume of issue was changed from KZT70.0 bn to KZT50.0 bn;
- The maturity period has been changed from two years to three years.
