/KASE, July 11, 2024/ – Bank RBK JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the
amended issue prospectus of bonds KZ2C00009835 (KASE main platform,
category "bonds", INBNb14; KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 10 years, semi-annual
coupon, 17.50 % per annum; 30/360), registered by the Agency of the Republic
of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on July 5,
2024, and a certificate of state registration of the bond issue, replacing the
one issued previously.
According to these documents:
- the certificate was replaced due to a change in the type, quantity, volume,
circulation period, frequency of payment and interest rate on the bonds;
- the type of bonds was changed to registered coupon subordinated
unsecured bonds;
- the number of bonds was changed from 20.0 mln to 17.0 mln;
- the volume of issue was changed from KZT20.0 bn to KZT17.0 bn;
- the maturity period was changed from 10 years to 9 years;
- the frequency of interest payment has been changed from twice a year to
once a year;
- the interest rate was changed from 17.50% to 4.00% per annum.
