/KASE, July 11, 2024/ – Transnational Company Kazchrome JSC (Aqtobe),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that the annual general meeting of its shareholders will begin on
August 12, 2024 at 10:00 o'clock, with the following agenda:
- approval of the company's annual financial statements for 2023;
- approval of the procedure for distribution of the company's net income for
2023;
- on dividends for 2023, the amount of dividend per ordinary share of the
company;
- consideration of the issue of shareholders' appeals against actions of the
company and its executives and results of their consideration.
