/KASE, July 11, 2024/ – As announced earlier, on July 9, 2024 the Management
Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds
KZ2C00011641 (BERKb18; KZT1,000, KZT100.0 bn; 360 days; floating semi-
annual coupon – base rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
minus a fixed margin of 0.4 %; actual/actual) of Bereke Bank JSC (Almaty) in the
"commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.
The effective date of this decision of the Management Board is July 11, 2024.
The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
