/KASE, 05.07.24/ – As reported earlier, on July 4, 2024, the Listing Commission
of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of
Capital Leasing Group LLP (Almaty) in the official list of KASE in the “bonds”
category of an alternative platform:
- KZ2P00011604 (1,000 KZT, 3.0 billion KZT; 3 years; quarterly coupon, will
be determined based on results of the first performed trading for placement
of bonds; 30/360), ticker – CLSGb4;
- KZ2P00011612 (1,000 KZT, 2.0 billion KZT; 3 years; quarterly coupon, will
be determined based on results of the first performed trading of bonds
placement; 30/360), ticker – CLSGb5.
This decision of the Listing Commission takes effect on July 5, 2024.
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
