/KASE, 05.07.24/ – Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund JSC (Almaty), with its bonds officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that by decision of the sole shareholder dated July 2, 2024, Kassenov A.S. is elected as a member of the Board of Directors of the company.

With the made changes, the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund JSC now has four members: Tutushkin V.A., Ospanov Ye.S., Giovanni Capannelli, Kassenov A.S.
