on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a press release
reading as follows:

To refinance the loan of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, attracted as part of the
investment project ’’Reconstruction and expansion of the main water pipeline
"Astrakhan -Mangyshlak" 1st stage", Main Waterline LLP received a loan from the
Eurasian development bank in the amount of 21 billion tenge for a period of 108
months. The interest rate on the loan is floating, the base rate of the National
Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan minus 2% per annum.
On July 1, 2024, Main Waterline LLP disbursed the loan from the Eurasian
Development Bank in full, making partial early repayment of the principal debt
on the loan from Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC in the amount of 21 billion
tenge.
