Bonds KZ2P00011505 (MFAFb6) and KZ2P00011513 (MFAFb7) of Microfinance organization aFinance LLP passed the listing procedure on KASE in the “commercial bonds” category of the alternative platform

/KASE, July 3, 2024/ – On July 2, 2024, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include in the official list of KASE in the “commercial bonds” category of the alternative platform the following bonds of Microfinance Organization aFinance LLP (Almaty): - KZ2P00011505 (1,000 KZT, 2.0 billion KZT; 12 months; quarterly coupon, 22.00% p.a.; 30/360); - KZ2P00011513 ($100, $4.0 million; 12 months; quarterly coupon, 12.00% p.a.; 30/360). Date of entry into force of this decision of the Board will be announced additionally. Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. The indicated bonds are assigned designations (tickers) MFAFb6 and MFAFb7, respectively.
