/KASE, July 1, 2024/ – National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC (Astana),
with its bonds officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed
KASE that by decision of the sole shareholder dated June 21, 2024, the following
changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors of the company:
- Irgaliyev A.A. is removed;
- Zhamaubayev Ye.K. is elected.
Given the made changes, the Board of Directors of National Welfare Fund
Samruk-Kazyna JSC consists of seven people: Bektenov O.A., Zhamishev B.B.,
Luka Sutera, Baybazarov N.S., Zhakupov N.K., Zhamaubayev Ye.K.,
Mohammed Jamil Al Ramahi.
