PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. According to the auditor's report, the consolidated
financial statements represent fairly, in all material respects, the
consolidated financial position of Kazchrome Transnational Company JSC and its
subsidiaries as of December 31, 2023, and their consolidated financial results
and consolidated cash flows for the year ended on the specified date subject to
the IFRS.
