/KASE, June 28, 2024/ – Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (Astana), with its
securities on the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed
KASE that by decision of its sole shareholder dated June 19, 2024, Kuzdibayev
A.Sh. is elected as Chairman of the Management Board of the company.
Given the made changes, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Housing
Company JSC now has four people: Kuzdibayev A.Sh., Zholdasbayev O.S.,
Salykov O.Zh., Issayev R.M.
