/KASE, June 28, 2024/ – NMH Baiterek JSC (Astana), with its bonds on the
official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that starting
from June 26, 2024 it ceased to own 49.0% interest in the authorized capital of
Aventurin LLP.
