/KASE, June 26, 2024 /– AIFN RETAM JSC (Almaty), with its bonds on the
official list of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE about
decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 25, 2024.
The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- approve the audited financial statements of the company for 2023;
- pay dividends on common shares for the fourth quarter of 2023 in the
amount of 392,418,000 KZT;
- pay additional dividends on preferred shares for the fourth quarter of 2023 in
the amount of 25,320,557 KZT.
