Bonds KZ2P00011497 (MFSCb4) of "Swiss Capital" MFO passed listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of alternative market

/KASE, June 20, 2024/ – On June 19, 2024 the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00011497 (KZT1,000, KZT5.0 bn; 2 years; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session for the offering of bonds; 30/360) of "Swiss Capital" MFO LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission will be announced later. The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the first under the second bond program of "Swiss Capital" MFO LLP, registered on August 2, 2023 in the amount of KZT25.0 bn. The indicated bonds have been assigned the abbreviation (ticker) MFSCb4.
