JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its
shareholders will begin on July 16, 2024 at 15:00, with the following agenda:
- on approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of
shareholders of the company;
- changing the composition of the company's Board of Directors;
- approval of the new edition of the Procedure for distribution of the company's
net income;
- approval of the payment of bonuses to certain members of the company’s
Board of Directors.
