/KASE, June 18, 2024/ – Fincraft Group LLP (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the following:

On June 13, 2024, the rating agency S&P Global Ratings affirmed the long-term and short-term credit rating of the Partnership at "B/B" and the rating on national scale at the "kzBB+". The outlook has been changed to "Negative".

Subsequently, all issuer credit ratings were withdrawn at the Partnership's request.
