/KASE, June 14, 2024/ – Industrial Development Fund JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated June 4, 2024, the following persons were elected to the company's Board of Directors:

• M. Yelibayev,
• B. Omarov,
• A. Jailaubekova,
• Y. Makanov,
• D. Turysbekov,
• R. Gapparov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Industrial Development Fund JSC consists of six people.
