Bonds of Home Credit Bank of three issues passed listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of main market

/KASE, June 10, 2024/ – On June 10, 2024, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Home Credit Bank JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market: - KZ2C00011195 (1,000 tenge, 20.0 bn tenge; 3 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading for the offering of bonds; 30/360), trading code – HCBNb13; - KZ2C00011351 (1,000 tenge, 20.0 bn tenge; 3 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading for the offering of bonds; 30/360), trading code – HCBNb14; - KZ2C00011401 (1,000 tenge, 20.0 bn tenge; 5 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading for the offering of bonds; 30/360), trading code – HCBNb15. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of bonds KZ2C00011195 is the seventh under the third bond program of Home Credit Bank JSC, registered by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 21, 2018 for a total amount of 150.0 bn tenge. Bond issues KZ2C00011351 and KZ2C00011401 are the first and second under the fourth bond program of Home Credit Bank JSC, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on May 16, 2024 for a total amount of 200.0 bn tenge.
