/KASE, June 10, 2024/ – Transnational Company Kazchrome JSC (Aqtobe),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin
on July 9, 2024 at 11:00 am. The only issue on the agenda is making changes to
a major transaction.
