/KASE, June 7, 2024/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated May 30, 2024, the following persons were elected to the bank's Board of Directors:

• N. Baibazarov;
• Zh. Shaikhy.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC consists of six persons: T. Karagoishin, N. Baibazarov, M. Yelibayev, Marcia Elizabeth Christian Favale, A. Saydenov, Zh. Shaikhy.
