/KASE, June 7, 2024/ – ULMUS BESSHOKY JSC (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
the annual general meeting of shareholders will be held on July 8, 2024, with
the following agenda:
- on approval of the agenda of the annual general meeting of shareholders;
- on approval of the audited financial statements of the company for 2023;
- on determining the procedure for distributing the company's net income for
2023 and amount of dividend per common share of the company;
- on consideration of the issue of shareholders' appeal over actions of the
company and its officials and the results of their consideration.
