/KASE, June 5, 2024/ – Home Credit Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 31, 2024.

Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited financial statements of the bank for 2023;
• not to distribute the bank's net income for 2023 in the amount of 25,237,461,000 tenge.

Decisions on a total of five items on the agenda were made at the general meeting of shareholders.
