/KASE, May 31, 2024/ – AstanaGas KMG JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will start on June 25, 2024
at 10:00 am, with the following agenda:
- making a change to the company's charter;
- approval of the 2023 annual progress report of the company's Board of
Directors.
