/KASE, May 23, 2024/ – Shubarkol komir JSC (Qaraghandy), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated May 17, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of directors:

• removed: M. Barabash;
• elected: S. Kim.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Shubarkol komir JSC consists of five people: S. Shakhazhanov, D. Rakhmatullaev, S. KIm, A. Teleuov, N. Ospanov.
