whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with the following press release dated May 20, 2024:

Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (a subsidiary of the Baiterek holding,
hereinafter referred to as the Bank, DBK) was awarded a number of awards from
the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific
(ADFIAP). The award ceremony took place as part of the 47th ADFIAP Annual
Meeting in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia. DBK was represented at the
event by Anna Zagoskina, Chief Manager of the Funding and International
Cooperation Department.
ADFIAP is a non-governmental organization in consultative status with the UN
Economic and Social Council. Its activities are aimed at promoting sustainable
economic, environmental, social development and growth in the region. It
includes about 90 financial institutions from 38 countries in Asia and Oceania.
By decision of the ADFIAP Award Council, DBK was awarded in the
"Environmental Development" category for the investment project for the
construction of the sludge processing plant ERG Green in the city of Khromtau.
This project will improve the environment in the Aqtobe region by processing
historically accumulated waste from the Donskoy Mining and Processing Plant
(part of TNC Kazchrome of the ERG group).
In addition, the Bank received special awards in the categories "Best Website"
and "Best Sustainability Report".
