/KASE, May 16, 2024/ – SWF Samruk-Kazyna JSC (Astana), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that as of May 14, 2024 it disposed of the 100 % stake in the authorized capital
of AES Shulbinskaya GES LLP.
