/KASE, May 10, 2024/ – First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated May 6, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the bank's Board of Directors:

• removed: S. Zhamalov;
• elected: S. Jarbolova.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC consists of four persons: G. Yessenov, Zh. Azbekov, K. Kozhakhmetov, S. Jarbolova.
