/KASE, May 3, 2024/ – LOTTE Rakhat JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated April 30, 2024, the following changes were made to the company's Board of Directors:

- removed: CHOI MYEONGRIM;

- elected: KlM JUN YЕОN, M. Makulbaev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of LOTTE Rakhat JSC consists of five people: Kim Jun Yeon, Hwang Sung-wook, Bae Junghan, A. Akhrarov, M. Makulbaev.
