/KASE, May 2, 2024/ – Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that following a decision of the general meeting of shareholders, the following changes were made to the composition of the bank's Board of Directors:

- removed: K. Kozhakhmetov,

- elected: D. Shayakhmetov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Bank CenterCredit JSC consist of six persons: B. Baisseitov, V. Li, D. Amankulov, Claes Werner Frans Josef, A. Saidenov, D. Shayakhmetov.
