officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of its sole partner dated April 23, 2024.
The sole partner, inter alia, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2023;
- not to distribute the net income earned from the company's activities for
2023. To spend the 2023 net income on the development of the company.
