According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares of the company makes up 107,856,540 units, preferred shares - 1,089,460 units;
• all authorized shares of the company are outstanding;
• the sole company's shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is MANGISTAU INVESTMENTS B.V. , who owns 107,861,935 shares of the company (99.00 % of the total number of the outstanding shares of the company), including 107,856,540 common shares (100.00 % of the total number of the outstanding shares of the company) and 5,395 preferred shares of the company (0.50 % of the total number of the outstanding shares of the company).
