/KASE, March 19, 04/ - UKTMC JSC (Ust-Kamenogorks titanium-magnesium plant), whose shares are circulating in official "A" listing of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC (KASE), informed KASE about registration of additional 971,190 common shares with the Agency on financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision on March 15, 2004. By the decision of the Board of Directors of UKTMC JSC dated March 18, 2004, the price а floatation is set to KZT140 per one share of stock. Information about the issue and floatation of shares will be published on pages of Kazakhstanskaya Pravda and Rudnyi Altai newspapers.
