/KASE, April 17, 2024/ – RG Brands JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated April 9, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

- excluded: A. Agybaev, A. Khalyapin;

- elected M. Zurdinov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of RG Brands JSC consists of three persons: R. Bayazerov, T. Kaltaev, M. Zurdinov.
