/KASE, April 11, 2024/ – RG Brands JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated April 3, 2024, the following changes were made to composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: James Michael Lafferty;
• elected: A. Manaenko.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of RG Brands JSC consists of six persons: T. Kaltaev, K. Mazhibaev, A. Manaenko, Dewaele Hans Alexander, Benhamou Franck, Alain Perrot.
