/KASE, April 10, 2024/ – Mangistaumunaigaz JSC (Aqtau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the sole shareholder dated April 10, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• Wei Yuxiang, removed;
• Huan Xianxung, elected.

Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of Mangistaumunaigaz consists of six persons: Huan Xianxiun, N. Soyunov, Fan Huei, Zh. Baluanov, Dun Syuchan, B. Yelemanov.
