/KASE, April 8, 2024/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the following:

... effective April 3, 2024, the Vienna Stock Exchange confirmed the listing of the Company's Program for the issuance of medium-term bonds in the amount of 3,000,000,000 US dollars (hereinafter – the Bond Program).

Please note that the listing of the Company's Bond Program on the Vienna Stock Exchange does not entail an automatic listing of bonds (issued by the Company under this Program) on this exchange.
