Bonds KZ2P00011067 (MFRFb12) of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" passed listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of alternative market

/KASE, April 5, 2024/ – On April 5, 2024, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00011067 (KZT1,000, KZT6.0 bn; 1.5 years; monthly coupon, 21.00 % APR, 30/360) of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission will be announced later. The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the first within the first bond program of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on March 15, 2024 in the amount of 30.0 billion tenge. The financial consultant of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP is First Heartland Jusan Invest (Almaty). The indicated bonds have been assigned the abbreviation (ticker) MFRFb12.
