/KASE, April 3, 2024/ – Green Power Generation JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated March 29, 2024, Y. Raizhanov was elected as a member of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Green Power Generation JSC consists of three persons: Sh. Ashenova, Y. Raizhanov, N. Mukhambetov.
