/KASE, April 1, 2024/ – Following a decision of the Issuers Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), as of April 1, 2024 Alma Audit LLP has been excluded from the list of audit organizations recognized by KASE.

The decision was made on the basis of sub-item 1) of item 1 of Article 7 of KASE's internal document "Procedure for forming a list of audit organizations recognized by Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC".
