/KASE, April 1, 2024/ – AsiaAgroFood JSC (Almaty region), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
from March 28, 2024 it began to hold the 100 % stake in the authorized capital
of TastobeAgroFood LLP.
