/KASE, March 5, 2024/ – Leasing Group JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated February 29, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: A. Ushbayev;
• elected: I. Chakalidi.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Leasing Group JSC consists of five people: I. Chakalidi, A. Subbotin, Y. Berdalin, O. Zhandossov, D. Kydyrbayev.
