/KASE, February 21, 2024/ – Fincraft Group LLP (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of its sole partner dated February 12, 2024:

• to approve separate financial statements of the partnership for the fourth quarter of 2023;
• not to distribute the net income and not to pay dividends based on results of operations for the fourth quarter of 2023.
