/KASE, February 20, 2024/ – National company Food contract corporation
JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated
February 13, 2024, N. Karnakova was excluded from the composition of the
company's Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of National
company Food contract corporation JSC consists of five persons: A. Juvashev,
D. Dautov, S. Tenbayev, R. Zhanatayev, S. Toleu.
