Listing Commission of KASE made decision to include bonds KZ2C00010841 (KAFIpp4) and KZ2C00010908 (KAFIpp5) of KazAgroFinance in KASE official list's "Private placement" market

/KASE, January 25, 2024/ – On January 25, 2024, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of KazAgroFinance JSC (Astana) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market: - KZ2C00010841 (KZT1,000; KZT15.0 bn; 4 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading for the placement of bonds; 30/360); - KZ2C00010908 (KZT1,000; KZT10.0 bn; 4 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading for the placement of bonds; 30/360). The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviations (tickers) KAFIpp4 and KAFIpp5, respectively. More detailed information on said bond issues will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect. [2024-01-25]
