/KASE, January 24, 2024/ – Kazakhtelecom JSC (Astana), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the following:

Kazakhtelecom JSC informs that in accordance with the Law of the Republic of
Kazakhstan dated 12.12.2023 No. 45-VIII ZRK "On Amendments and Additions
to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and Other Mandatory
Payments to the Budget" and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the
Enactment of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and Other
mandatory Payments to the Budget budget" on January 15-17, 2024, dividends
from retained earnings for 2022 were additionally paid to legal entities
residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the amount of tax withheld during
the payment on November 13-14, 2023.
On December 21, 2023, an additional payment of dividends from retained
earnings for 2022 on shares of individual residents of the Republic of
Kazakhstan, held in nominal holding was made in the amount of tax withheld
during the payment made on November 13-14, 2023. This payment was made
taking into account the data on the ultimate beneficiaries received from the
"Central Securities Depository" JSC.
